Talent Acquisition Partner

Reporting to: Head of Talent, People & Culture Team

Location: London (3 days office/2 days working from home)

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with drive, curiosity, and a real “get up and go” mentality to help us hire exceptional talent who will power our next chapter. You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent and Senior leadership team, giving you huge exposure across the global business.

This is more than an internal recruitment role. It’s a career accelerator for someone who wants to grow beyond delivery and develop across wider Talent and People & Culture initiatives over time.

What’s does the role entail?

Own end-to-end internal recruitment across Harvey Nash, hiring early-career and experienced Tech Recruiters across multiple locations and Tech specialism vertical markets
Partner closely with the Head of Talent and leadership teams to understand growth plans and turn them into smart, future-focused hiring strategies

Proactively source and engage top talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, events, and social platforms

Build strong, future-ready talent pipelines ahead of demand

Act as a trusted advisor on market conditions, talent availability, and best practice hiring

Use data and insight to continuously improve how we hire

Bring the Harvey Nash EVP to life in the market through events, social engagement, and candidate conversations

Build out market leading attraction campaigns that help us stand out in competitive talent markets

Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
