Talent Acquisition Partner (US Market, Corporate Functions)
Location: Remote - UK Based
This is a UK-based role, but you will be supporting this business in the USA, and so experience in this market is essential.
About the Role
Talent Solutions are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its RPO Division, sourcing talent in the US market for a range of positions, including Marketing, HR & Finance.

Through leveraging data and intelligence, you'll drive strategic recruitment initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence while surpassing client expectations. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full recruitment life cycle: from requisition brief to sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Conduct market research and utilise data analytics to inform innovative recruitment strategies for operating in the US market.
- Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, business challenges, and future priorities.
- Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers—providing expertise on current market trends, salary benchmarking, and optimising recruitment processes for the best results.
- Navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, high-change working environment, delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Champion D&I initiatives, track metrics, and collaborate with external organisations to expand diverse talent pipelines.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience in hiring across international markets, especially the US.
- Experience in recruiting for roles in Corporate Functions such as Marketing, HR & Finance.
- Proven stakeholder management experience, ability to be influential, and comfortable partnering with senior leaders working in the US market.
- An experienced recruiter with solid end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Willingness to travel to the London office once a month
