The role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global community of professionals dedicated to attracting, assessing and hiring top talent for Thales UK. We are a diverse and cutting-edge technology company, employing over 7,000 people in the UK and 80,000 worldwide, delivering services and solutions to our key customers across the world in key markets Defence, Aerospace, Cyber Security, and Space.
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for end to end internal and external hiring processes, working as part of an international team delivering across all job disciplines and skill sets within Thales UK.
You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent; collaborating closely with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies and ensure a great and effective candidate experience. The team play an instrumental role to both the UK business but also our wider Global Talent Acquisition community, leading the way on key initiatives and future innovation. We work in a performance and data driven environment, using Power BI data analytics, to understand and track performance against KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, attraction tools and strategies, system optimisation, data and marketing.

This role will require SC Clearance to start. It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant will undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance. Please visit the UKSV website for further guidance.
To be eligible for full SC, you generally need to have resided in the UK for the last 5 years. In some circumstances, a minimum of 3 years’ residence in the UK over the last 5 years may be accepted, with additional overseas checks.
