Job Title: TA PMO Lead /TA PMO Lead / Talent Acquisition PMO Manager

Location: Salford OR London

Mode of working: Hybrid (2 Days in the Office)

Duration: 3 Months contract initially

Job Spec:

• The purpose of the role is to drive more consistent approach across divisions within the client, So that processes, trackers, project plans are consistent.
• Focus on getting successfactors reporting solidified and doing it really well. They will need to be a SAP Successfactors Talent Acquisition PMO Manager – must have been in TA and used the system (or any number of ATS) who understands recruitment need, but have progressed to PMO lead.

Essential

• In-depth knowledge and experience of a range of project management tools and techniques, with an ability to lead, role model, and coach within and outside your function.
• Experience implementing or optimising recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM, scheduling tools, analytics platforms
• Successfully delivered multi change programmes
• Significant experience in partnering with Talent Acquisition, Technology, HR colleagues, Reward and Senior Stakeholders
• Innovative and keeps up-to-date with the latest agile delivery and project management trends
