This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in the United Kingdom. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to support the organization’s business objectives. This role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing innovative strategies to attract diverse candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance recruitment processes to drive hiring efficiency.

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing strategies
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage and attract top talent
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
• Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in hiring processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in engineering, design, or consultancy recruitment (beneficial but not essential)
