The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the HR teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience. You will support the development and execution of our talent acquisition and employee branding strategies.

Key accountabilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
• Source talent through job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Support EVP promotion through recruitment marketing, social content, and candidate engagement.
• Manage external agency relationships, including terms, performance, and compliance with standards.
• Ensure all recruitment activity complies with labour laws and internal policies.
• Track key hiring metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Use ATS and HR systems to manage candidate data and optimise workflows.

Functional and technical skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a global environment
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Experience developing or supporting employer value propositions (preferred)
