The Role

We are seeking a process-driven, ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team at Evident. We’re a scaling startup with plans to significantly increase headcount in 2026 and as such are looking to grow our talent acquisition team.

You’ll be tasked with owning end-to-end recruitment for a number of crucial hires - from sourcing to offer and closing - whilst also having the opportunity to explore adjacent areas including (but not limited to) employer branding, talent reporting, recruitment marketing and/or onboarding.

The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment agency or fast-paced in-house environment where speed and efficiency were key to hiring success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, through a variety of channels, for a high volume of upcoming roles
• Owning the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from role requisition to closing
• Using LinkedIn Recruiter to engage top-tier candidates, manage outbound messaging, and subsequent follow-ups

Core Skills

• Two to three years’ experience within a recruitment agency or fast-paced internal recruitment environment
• Experience managing 5+ high-priority roles simultaneously
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate pitching skills
• High level of fluency in LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience producing pipeline reports and tracking recruitment metrics

Nice to have

• Experience working in, or sourcing for, high-growth companies
• Experience sourcing technical or research / consulting-based vacancies
• Interest in expanding your skill set into adjacent areas such as employer branding, recruitment marketing, onboarding etc.
