Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Location: Hybrid – East Croydon

Contract: 6 Month FTC

Pay: Competitive

Our client, a leading organisation in the transport sector, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a strategic role with high visibility, offering the chance to shape recruitment practices and attract top-tier talent across the business.

Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist roles.
Design and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals.
Source passive candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, market mapping).
Develop engaging recruitment marketing campaigns and support employer branding.
Build and nurture talent pools for hard-to-fill roles.
Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities.
Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
Deliver assessments including psychometric and aptitude testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven experience recruiting across diverse functions and senior levels.
Strong sourcing skills, especially with passive candidates.
Expertise in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
Comfortable managing high-volume workloads with strong stakeholder engagement.
Experience in creating and managing talent pools.
Solution-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Familiarity with assessment tools and methodologies.
