Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our dynamic EMEA & APAC hiring teams. If you’re passionate about recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact.

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for business professional roles (focus: finance & legal)
• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent
• Source, engage, and hire across Europe and APAC
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes and systems
• Adapt seamlessly across different recruitment priorities and geographies

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience (finance/legal hiring preferred; non-tech)
• Proven track record hiring across Europe & APAC
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate transparently with global peers
• Experience with internal ATS / candidate management systems
• French or German language skills preferred (not required)
