Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on senior and C-Suite internal hires. This role will work closely with senior leaders, managing end-to-end recruitment for high-level positions and ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive-level internal positions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate candidate communications, interviews, and offer processes for C-Suite hires.
• Prepare and present candidate profiles and reports to executive stakeholders.
• Support People & Culture initiatives related to senior recruitment, succession planning, and talent strategy.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience recruiting senior or C-Suite internal roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Highly organised and capable of managing complex recruitment processes.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of professional services or corporate structures.
• Experience supporting succession planning or executive-level recruitment projects.
