As Talent & Capabilities Development Workstream Lead, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our global Technology workforce. You’ll lead two key workstreams—Develop & Retain Our Internal Talent and Invest in Our Leaders and Managers—which are central to delivering our TechVision27 strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Development
- Design and deliver talent and leadership development strategies aligned with transformation goals.
- Identify future skill needs and build internal capability across our global Technology teams.
- Workstream Leadership
- Own and drive two critical workstreams with clear objectives, success metrics, and delivery plans.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Learning & Capability Building
- Create learning pathways that support technical, behavioural, and leadership development.
- Partner with L&D teams to curate or create engaging content and tools.
- Leadership & Managerial Excellence
- Develop initiatives that enhance leadership effectiveness and equip managers to lead high performing, engaged teams through change and ambiguity.
- Change Management & Communication
- Support change efforts and develop communication plans to engage employees and leaders in the transformation journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in talent development, leadership development, or organisational development—ideally within a tech or transformation context
- Strong programme management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to design and implement impactful learning strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across global teams
- Passion for people development and understanding of digital workforce needs
