Job Position: Talent Manager
Reporting to: Vice President, People
Office Location: Chelsea, London (4 days in office)

Your job will be immensely varied but your priorities are simple – attract and hire top talent and help them grow quickly into company super stars to rapidly support our strategic plans.
An individual contributor, part of the small People Team, you will work closely with managers and teams globally. One day may be focused on LATAM, the next EMEA and the third South East Asia.

Who You Are
- An energetic, agile and internationally savvy recruiter / talent manager who moves at startup pace, scaling teams from 5→20, building talent pools in key markets.
- Obsessed with quality at speed: you set targets like filling 20 roles in your first 6 months and run 2-week sprint cycles to hit them.
- A builder of experimentation: you A/B test sourcing channels, messaging, interview flows and continuously improve based on real metrics.
- A believer that with the right people we can tackle big problems—and you’re driven to prove it every day.
What You’ll Do
- Act as an ambassador for the EF brand both internally and externally to attract talented people who want to work for us.
- Create, implement and improve a talent acquisition strategy that builds a strong pipeline in key hiring markets.
- Own the recruitment process end-to-end, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design job descriptions, source, screen, interview and close candidates.
- Ensure world-class candidate experience by designing seamless interview journeys, collecting feedback loops, and ensuring experience matches expectations.
- Ensure managers carry out full onboarding to give our new hires the best chance of success. Be decisive in identifying any hiring mistakes quickly.

What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience within sales or recruiting, preferably in high-growth startups or fast paced companies.
- A strong gut-instinct with ability to make decisions quickly and confidently.
- Enthusiastic and natural relationship building and communication skills that can ‘sell’ us.
- Exceptional organizational skills and can work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong initiative, self-motivation and curious and analytical – able to research, innovate, learn and collaborate. Quickly.

- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (ideally Oracle) is a plus
- Fluency in English, competence in any additional languages is a plus.
