- Strong Experience within FMCG, in National Accounts roles (UK grocery, convenience, or wholesale)
- Experience in alcohol or ARTD categories is a plus, but not essential

- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment
Key focuses within these roles:
- Create, negotiate & execute win/win JBPs
- Business Development to secure new retail opportunities
- Lead multi-functional retailer engagement, particularly Category, Supply & Shopper Marketing
- Maximise range and distribution
- Launch transformational product innovation
- Best in-class day-to-day account management
- Effective cross-functional collaboration
