Were looking for a driven Talent & Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function across homecare, residential services, extra care and our central teams. Youll help grow a workforce that truly lives our SPARKLE values and delivers brilliant care to the communities we support.

What Youll Be Doing

Create innovative attraction campaignsdigital, community-based, early careers, partnerships, direct sourcing and more.

Ensure accurate recruitment assets, careers website content and strong employer value proposition (EVP) alignment, strengthening the overall candidate experience.

Keep recruitment compliant, with clear reporting and smart use of systems.

Work closely with managers and the wider People, L&D and Operations teams to support planning, onboarding and reduce agency spend.

Manage agency relationships, negotiate terms and improve transparency around usage.

Lead and develop the Talent team, building a collaborative culture that reflects our SPARKLE values.

Support international recruitment and help ensure colleagues joining from overseas feel welcomed, informed and supported.
