As a Talent Executive, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates to join our luxury hotels. You will support the team by reviewing CVs, sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates. You will be personable, detail-oriented, endlessly creative and always looking for a challenge. Job Responsibilities:

• General admin to support the Talent Team including updating our social media posts
• Screenings of candidates over the phone and online
• Working very closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners to provide suitable candidates for their positions
• Provide meaningful and timely feedback to candidates
• Posting and updating adverts on our ATS
• Update daily and weekly reports for the Talent Team
• You'll have a keen awareness of diversity and actively encourage diverse talent pools
• Assist on projects across the teams as required
