We Are Searching for an experienced and dynamic Fleet Manager. As Fleet Manager, you’ll play a key role in maximizing the value customers get from their TASKI machines—ensuring smooth onboarding, proactive fleet monitoring, and intelligent optimization. By leveraging IntelliTrail analytics and predictive maintenance, you’ll reduce downtime, extend machine lifespan, and improve operational efficiency, delivering faster service, smarter insights, and more accurate billing—ultimately lowering total cost of ownership and boosting customer satisfaction.
TASKI, the machine equipment division of Diversey, provides a full suite of floor-care solutions—from scrubber-driers and polishers to vacuums, sweepers, carpet cleaners, steam cleaners, and robotic cleaners.
What You’ll Do
- Machine & Customer Onboarding: Seamlessly register new machines and customer sites, ensuring smooth setup.
- Fleet Monitoring & Optimization: Track usage, downtime, and performance; analyze discrepancies; provide recommendations; and advise on fleet improvements, including end-of-life decisions.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Use telemetry data to identify underutilized assets, monitor battery health, collisions, and charging patterns; deliver insights to reduce costs and improve uptime.
- Predictive Maintenance & Service Planning: Forecast service needs, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate with service teams to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Customer Support & Localization: Handle inquiries, adapt IntelliTrail features for regional markets, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Detect misuse, support safety audits, and ensure operational compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in fleet consulting or operational improvement.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and data-driven.
- Languages: English required; German and French a plus.
