Angove Partners is working with an international Insurance Broker who are looking to add a Tax Associate to its Transactional Risk team London. It is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a period of growth.

About the Role

As a member of the broking team on Transactional Tax insurance deals, the Associate will handle a variety of workstreams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to M&A Tax transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advising buyers and sellers on tax liability insurance
• Drafting insurance quotes and policies
• Managing a consistent pipeline of deal flow.
• Engaging and communicating with underwriters, lawyers, and accountants.

Qualifications

• A background in law or finance is preferable.
• Tax Consulting or Private Practice Tax experience.
• Ability to work well as part of an open, dynamic and collaborative team.
• Willing to utilise technical expertise in a commercial environment.
