Tax Associate (NQ) | Elite US Law Firm

Hydrogen is working with the London office of a leading US law firm who are looking to hire an Associate (March 2026 qualifier) into their highly regarded Tax practice. The team advises on complex international tax matters linked to high-value private equity, cross-border M&A, restructuring, fund formation and capital market transactions. Their client base includes global, multinational corporates, financial institutions and alternative investment platforms.

The role offer exposure to the tax aspects of major corporate transactions, leveraged buyouts, fund structuring, secondaries and co-investment arrangements. You'll work closely with partners and deal teams across London, New York and other international offices, gaining hands-on experience.

Key Requirements:

• Due to qualify as a solicitor in March 2026 with training undertaken at a leading firm.
• Experience in transactional tax, corporate tax or tax work linked to private capital is highly desirable.
• Interest in complex, cross-border tax structuring and eagerness to work closely with private equity and corporate deal teams.
• Excellent academics and a commercially focused approach.
