• Manage the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate VAT reporting and filings.
• Provide expert tax advice to support business decisions and operations.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address tax-related queries.
• Support audits and liaise with tax authorities as required.
• Develop and implement efficient tax strategies and policies.
• Ensure all tax records are accurate and up-to-date.

Profile

A successful Tax Compliance Manager should have:

• A professional qualification in tax or accounting (e.g. CTA, ACCA, ACA).
• Extensive knowledge of tax regulations and compliance within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
• Experience across M&A activity and Transfer Pricing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in tax software and financial systems.
• The ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly to stakeholders.
