The Opportunity!

You’ll lead on both corporate and international tax work, supporting a growing portfolio and driving revenue through strategic client support and business development. You’ll be one of our senior leads, with an opportunity to grow our advisory services within Bicester and the South Mids region, with the view to recruiting a new team to support you following the growth in tax advisory revenue.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Developing strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Providing oversight and delivery of corporate and international tax advisory projects.
• Offering commercial, technically sound solutions on a range of matters like structuring, cross-border tax, CFCs, and corporate interest restrictions.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders across audit, corporate finance, and wider advisory teams to deliver a joined-up service.
• Growing our client base through business development and proactive relationship management.
• Overseeing compliance processes while keeping quality, efficiency and risk in check.
• Offering technical support over a range of tax matters to the Bicester team.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Technical Expertise

• CTA/ATT/ACA (or equivalent) qualified.
• Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax, plus demonstrable international tax experience.
• Able to lead on advisory work around restructuring, interest restrictions, loan relationships, group tax planning, and more.
• Knowledge of tax issues in the software/tech sector is a bonus.

• Trusted advisor to clients and team alike.
• Able to identify future trends, client needs, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Proactive in driving team performance and creating a collaborative environment.
• Clear communicator with the ability to simplify technical detail for clients and internal teams.
  
  

Commercial & Client Focus

• Strong track record in client development and revenue growth.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors.
• Confident in fee setting, pricing discussions and managing profitability.
