An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm seeking a Tax Lawyer for its top-tier practice in London. The team acts for corporate clients on all aspects of their strategic transformational transactions, focusing on corporate, commercial, real estate, and financial taxation, with a strong record of acting in numerous high-value transactions.

Experience required:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Be between 2–6 years’ PQE with a broad range of corporate tax experience at a City or large regional practice
• Experience in corporate tax and real estate tax Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
