JSS Tax are hiring for a Group Tax Manager for a leading technology company based in Cambridge (supporting flexible working).
This is a permanent full-time role paying circa £70k-£80k plus bonus and benefits.
Working closely with the Head of Tax, the Group Tax Manager will take on a varied role covering all areas of direct tax and indirect tax across all international jurisdictions.
The hands-on tax compliance is outsourced so this person oversees and reviews the process rather than preparing the individual returns. This leaves them free to focus on business partnering, responding to tax queries from across the company, tax planning and strategy and ad-hoc project work.
This role would suit a qualified individual (ACA / ACCA / CTA etc) with strong corporate tax experience (UK or international). Whilst indirect tax experience is beneficial, the Head of Tax is happy for this person to develop that experience whilst in the role. A commercial mindset and strong communication skills are key.
