Tax Manager

JSS Tax are hiring for a Group Tax Manager for a leading UK technology business based in Hertfordshire.

This is a full-time permanent role based in their head office near St Albans, but with the ability to work from home 2 or 3 days per week.

The role comes with a salary of circa £65k-£85k plus bonus / benefits package.

Working as part of a high-calibre in-house tax team and reporting into the Group Head of Tax, the Group Tax Manager will undertake a mixed UK tax role encompassing all areas of direct and indirect tax.

This is a varied role with a mix of tax advisory, tax compliance, tax accounting, business partnering and project work.

The company are looking for a qualified individual (ACA / ACCA / ICAS / CTA etc) with strong UK corporate tax experience; Experience in VAT / employment tax / Transfer Pricing is beneficial but not mandatory.

This is a great opportunity for someone in the profession looking for their first in-house role, but might equally suit an individual working in industry at the moment who wants to take on a broader role, or perhaps who is looking to take on a managerial role.
