Role Responsibilities

Supporting lawyers on a range of tax matters across transactional and advisory work
Assisting with legal research and preparation of tax-related materials
Supporting due diligence processes
Preparing and organising transaction documentation
Maintaining matter files and closing bibles
Coordinating with other teams and international offices
Managing multiple matters simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

Candidate Requirements

Experience as a corporate tax paralegal essential
Strong organisational and administrative skills

High attention to detail
