About the role
Apprenticeships are a vital part of our strategy for recruiting, retaining, and developing talent across the education sector. As an accredited provider since 2021, we are proud to deliver apprenticeships to all schools for support staff to thrive.
You will be leading the programme and responsible for all aspects of its design and delivery. You will be the go to person about all things teaching assistants and you’ll always want to make something that you did today, better tomorrow. You’ll lead the way by being the expert, using an evidence-based approach and have bags of professional curiosity.
Teaching will be delivered primarily online, with a couple of face-to-face training days built into the programme to support practical learning and connection.
