Requirements
What Youll Do
- Lead professional development and coaching that supports staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
- Champion inclusive, aspirational, and innovative practices aligned with our strategic priorities and the Teaching for Excellence and Elevate Programme.
- Conduct developmental learning walks and observations, to drive continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver impactful CPD, induction programmes, and peer learning opportunities.
- Collaborate across departments to lead strategic projects and share best practice.
- Act as a digital advocate, supporting the integration of learning technologies.
- Teach a nominal number of hours in your area of specialism to stay connected to the classroom.
