Contract: FTC until July 2026
Working pattern: Term time only (39 weeks)
Hours: 30 hours, 840am-310pm, Monday-Friday
Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £17,743 per annum
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

This varied role is crucial in promoting the learning and personal development of all pupils within the class and at lunchtime.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing support to the Teacher in the planning, delivery and and the evaluation of learning activities
- Consistently and effectively implementing agreed behaviour management strategies
- Work 1-2-1 as required to support students access learning within the classroom environment
- Motivating and encouraging students by providing levels of individual attention, reassurance and help with learning tasks
- Duties include assisting the children in the dining hall, supervising, actively engaging with children to encourage play whilst in the playground and ensuring they gain the most from their lunchtime. A willingness to act as a team member, a confident manner and a calm approach is essential.
