Teaching Assistant – The Beacon School
Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference? We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to work alongside our dedicated team, supporting learning, progress and student wellbeing.
You will assist the Class Teacher, providing targeted support to students, and have opportunities to deliver small group interventions. Adaptability, resilience and strong communication skills are essential, as well as good GCSE-level English and Maths. An interest in literacy, numeracy, dyslexia or ASD would be an advantage.
