This role offers a consistent part-time working pattern of 16.0 hours per week (Monday to Friday, Term Time Only + 2 inset days), temporarily until 31 August 2026.
About The Role
Join Outwood Primary Academy Lofthouse Gate as a Teaching Assistant and empower our young learners. In this part-time role (16 hours/week until 31/08/2026), you will implement planned learning activities, boost attainment in Maths and English, and provide vital social, emotional, and practical support to pupils. A core focus involves supporting the inclusion of all students and working directly with those who have Special Educational Needs (SEND), contributing to their individual plans.
We are seeking a highly self-motivated professional who is eager to learn, committed to professional growth, and who can demonstrate successful experience in working with primary-aged children, especially those with SEND, while maintaining high expectations for every pupil.
