We are excited to recruit a number of Teaching Assistants to join the school. These posts will be temporary until the end of the academic year in the first instance.
The Teaching Assistant post involves supporting the class teacher, taking small groups of pupils for interventions and building good relationships with children and families. The post will also include supporting any pupils with varying special needs. If you are excited about the prospect of working with our children to change lives and their educational pathway, this job is for you!
The hours will be 31.25 per week, worked as 8.45am to 3.30pm daily. The role will have a half hour lunch break, and a paid half hour over the lunchtime period being with the children outside. The post is to work term time only although you will be paid to attend Training Days if appropriate.
The actual pay will be £17,274 - £17,825 paid across the year.
