Ormiston Cliff Park Primary Academy are seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant. We are a successful Academy that is determined to provide the highest quality learning for every child within our family of Ormiston Academies Trust.

In order to support this aim we are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team of support staff who are dedicated to providing the best possible opportunities to our students. In liaison with the class teacher, you will work with children to target identified learning needs. You will also provide practical support in the classroom to children who have recognised learning needs, supporting them to achieve their potential.
You will have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every child and be able to relate to children and adults within the learning environment and be versatile, resilient and able to adapt your practice wherever necessary to support children of all ages.

This position will be offered on a temporary basis initially until August 2026 (with the possibility of extension), working 30 hours per week, term time only including INSET days (39 working weeks per year).
