We are looking for a
part-time admin to support the
Community Therapy Service teams in South Oxfordshire.
You will be expected to work 30 hours per week split between Wallingford Community Hospital and Abingdon Community Hospital.
This is a varied and demanding role but you will provide opportunities for developing processes within a friendly team of clinicians and administrators to ensure patient needs are met and that accurate electronic records are maintained.

As our team administrator you’ll be a valued member of the team, responsible for efficient administration to support the team in a fast paced unscheduled care environment. You will provide additional support to the existing administration team.
In this varied role, you will have an active involvement in supporting Trust policies for core tasks, maintaining accurate records. There will be opportunities to work directly with clinicians, minute meetings and develop processes.
You will need be able to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment, motivating and supporting the administrative team and be able to work autonomously.
You must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, punctual and work well in a team, whilst being adaptable to changing situations. Creative thinking is a benefit in this changing environment. You will need to be able to work calmly and efficiently within a busy and intensive environment dealing with unpredictable situations whilst working collaboratively to strive for improvement.
