Are you an organised and motivated professional looking for a rewarding administrative role within the education sector? West Berkshire Council is seeking a Team Administrator & FAP Clerk to provide essential administrative support to the Education Welfare Service.

Role Overview

As the Team Administrator & FAP Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Education Welfare Service. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing incoming enquiries and correspondence
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Processing applications and requests for services
• Arranging meetings and taking minutes
• Providing general administrative support as required
• Please note due to being the first point of contact you will be expected to work mainly in the Council Office at Market Street
  
  

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
