HFT Trading Team Lead | London

This is a high-impact, high-ownership opportunity for a senior trader with a validated high-frequency strategy and a track record of consistent profitability. They are largely asset-agnostic, but your approach must be systematic, fast, and scalable.

Responsibilities

Lead by example - run and scale a fully systematic, high-frequency trading strategy with short holding periods and high turnover.

Requirements:

8+ years of direct experience in high-frequency or ultra-low-latency trading.
Live, profitable track record with high Sharpe ratios.
Deep expertise in at least one product class (futures, options, equities, or crypto).
Strong coding ability in C++ or Python.
Based in London or willing to relocate.
