An opportunity has arisen for an Admin Team Leader within the Imaging Dept at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital.
This is a 3 day post working between Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm.
The post holder will work closely with the Imaging Admin Team, the clinical teams within Imaging and the Senior Management Team.
- Assist in the operational management of the Administration and Clerical team daily, implementing administrative processes to ensure accurate data quality throughout all Information Systems.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Consultant Radiologists ensuring a high level of tact and diplomacy as well as strict adherence to the rules of confidentiality.
- To support the Assistant Service Managers with data validation, chronology, work streams and processes, to deliver the agreed national and departmental targets.
- To have an understanding of a wide range of work procedures required within the Imaging Departments.
- The post holder may be expected to work across sites within the Trust if necessary
