Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the role of Team Leader (Engineering) is to ensure the effective maintenanceof the fleet of On Track Machines (OTM’s), under O&M contract for TfL. You will oversee a dedicated team allocated to the TfL fleet and uphold the highest standards of safety and maintenance. This role is pivotal in contributing to the safe and reliable operation of passenger train services.
Your leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of safety within the team.
