Our Social Care Provider Services Team - North Pembrokeshire - Are looking to recruit a Team Leader.

Pembrokeshire County Council Community Wellbeing and Independence Team are recruiting a Team Leader. We would love to hear from you if you would like a career leading a team supporting individuals to live in their own home. This will involve activities of daily living such as personal care, meal preparation and medication. You would be responsible for writing and reviewing care plans and completing risk assessments as well as ensuring standards are maintained within the service to comply with Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales. If you have experience in this area of expertise and would like a change of job to gain more experience please get in touch.
We offer block pay and a two week rolling rota. Weekend working will attract additional enhancements and you would have every other weekend off. You will be supplied with a uniform, a work phone, travel allowance or use of a work van where available. Ongoing training will be provided.
A minimum of a level 2 in Adults Health & Social Care or equivalent is required and the commitment to work towards level 3. You will be required to register with Social Care Wales for this post.
