In this role, you'll be the linchpin of coordination-ensuring seamless communication across teams, managing essential admin processes, and helping us deliver excellent service to our customers. From producing accurate quotations to maintaining records and resolving queries, your work will help drive efficiency and impact.
We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen eye for detail-someone who's ready to make a real difference in a supportive, flexible working environment.
As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the NRW office at the above location and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.

Successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) check. Appointments are normally made within 4 to 8 weeks of the closing date.
What You Will Do
- Support case managers to produce accurate customer quotations and contracts for charged work and to bill for cost recoverable work.
- Maintain records, update databases and generate reports.
- Handle and resolve internal and external customer queries.
- Provide administrative support for various office tasks, such as ordering equipment.
- Provide day to day administrative support e.g. managing emails, phones, and correspondence, organising meetings and taking minutes.
- Provide input to the development of new systems and processes ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
- Undertake health and safety duties and responsibilities appropriate to the post.
- Be committed to Natural Resources Wales Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy , together with an understanding of how it operates within the responsibilities of the post
- Be committed to your own development through the effective use of your personal development plan (known as Sgwrs).
- Any other reasonable duties requested commensurate with the grade of this role.
- Required to take part in incident response activities.
Your Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge And Skills

- Strong and effective self-management and organisational skills.
- Experience of delivering high quality customer service.
- Experience of producing work to a high level of accuracy.
- Experience of working with financial / billing information
- Experience of collating, analysing data and producing information reports.
- Experienced in the use of various Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of PowerBI and Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous.
Welsh Language Level Requirements
- Essential: Level A1 - Entry level (able to use and understand simple, basic phrases and greetings, no conversational Welsh)
