Position: Team Secretary

Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 per annum

Location: Crouch End, London

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

My client, a well-established property company based in Crouch End is seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Secretary to support their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and has strong audio typing skills.

This is an office based role to work 8:30am – 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and PA support.
• Produce accurate and efficient audio typing, draft documents, letters, and emails.
• Track tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain and update schedules and organisational charts.
• Handle general administrative duties including printing, copying, and filing.
• Organise internal and external events.
• Support teams with administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, signing, and courier bookings.
• Contribute to the development of the role by identifying ways to enhance team support.
• Provide reception cover during staff absences.
• Supportive and collaborative work environment.
