YOUR ROLE
The Tech Delivery Manager is responsible for the end to end delivery of large scale technology projects and capabilities . The role ensures alignment with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and technology standards while driving predictable, high quality delivery. The position requires strong collaboration with cross functional teams, leadership capability, and deep understanding of Agile delivery.
YOUR PROFILE
Delivery Management
• Manage delivery of complex technology initiatives leveraging Agile/Scrum methodologies including sprint planning, stand ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, delivery governance, and adherence to scope, time, cost, and quality baselines.
• Ensure alignment technology standards, regulations, and security policies across all delivery streams.
• Work closely with business teams, architects, software engineers, QA, product managers, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support customer trials, validate feasibility of solutions, and manage stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across technical projects, ensuring readiness for operational and compliance challenges.
• Manage change requests, maintain delivery documentation, and ensure compliance with audit, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of partner deliverables.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Proven track record in technical delivery with strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure (Linux/Windows/Networks), and enterprise technology implementations.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum, with hands-on experience leading ceremonies and driving incremental delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills; ability to work with senior leadership.
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD), hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall), and enterprise risk & control frameworks.
