What You’ll Be Doing
- Support daily office including the ordering of office stationary, document control and colour coded media
- Uploading of documents into Vetting Database
- General admin including mailbox management, organising meeting rooms for briefings
- NNPPI / CA briefing bookings – using SNOW (Service Now) process
- Miscellaneous daily admin duties as/when required
Your Skills And Experiences
- Experience within Business administration
- Competent in MS Office and SharePoint

The Classified Materials Team
You will be joining a team of seven who are tasked with the responsibility to manage all classified materials on site. You will be working with mostly internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholder on occasion. This role will allow you the opportunity to gain wider exposure across all programmes at the Barrow site. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
