Salary: Up to £29,000 depending on experience
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Ornua is actively seeking a Technical Administrator to join our Technical department as we continue our growth trajectory.
As our Technical Administrator will play a key role in the daily maintenance of the systems used for handling customer complaints, supplier non-conformances, generating certificates analysis (COA), and data analysis.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
As our Technical Administrator you will be responsible for leading on;
Complaint Management
- Review and risk-assess complaints; initiate, manage, and escalate investigations, liaising with supplier sites as required.
- Ensure timely, appropriate responses to retailers/consumers per procedure.
- Perform robust trending across retailer, consumer, and SNC data; use data analysis and AI to identify patterns and proactive quality improvements, including inputs to site/retailer scorecards.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse quality/complaint data to produce technical reports, monthly KPIs, group technical updates, and Supplier Assurance materials for internal meetings.
Audit & Document Control
- Participate in internal audits; prepare/issue internal audit packs; support second‑ and third‑party audits.
- Support annual document reviews and manage issuance of minor site documentation.
Operational Admin & Finance
- Manage complaint reconciliation invoices; facilitate stock movements and credits; raise purchase orders to support role-specific tasks.
Specialist Support & Liaison
- Support completion of COAs for bulk stock.
- Liaise with customers following the sale of offcuts and bulk cheese.
- Handle ad hoc requests to support the Technical function.
What You Bring To The Role:
- Strong organisational skills with a good attention to detail
- Computer literacy with experience across MS Office applications especially Excel
- Experience in a similar role and industry/ Administration in a busy fast paced environment
- Customer centric approach with an audit ready mindset
- Collaborative and flexible attitude
