TECHNICAL ASSURANCE MANAGER
Location: Hybrid (role open to candidates across the UK)
Hours of work: 40 Hrs Per Week
Contract Type: Permanent
We are seeking a Technical Assurance Manager to act as the technical lead for Mechanical and Confined Space safety disciplines across ISS UK&I.
This role provides centralised technical leadership, robust governance, and subject matter expertise, ensuring modern, risk-based standards are consistently upheld.
As the SME, you will create guidance, shape policy, and help modernise processes across a high-volume, low-hazard technical environment.
Job Description
We are looking for a collaborative and confident technical professional who can support operational teams, strengthen national compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
The role reports directly to the Assurance Director, who will provide mentoring and additional confined-space expertise.
While occasional site visits will be required to act as Authorising Engineer, this represents a small proportion of the overall position.
