Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support our Vulnerability Management, Risk Assessment, and Issue Triage initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CISO team and other stakeholders to analyze security data, identify trends, and drive strategic remediation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze CISO data to extract actionable insights on vulnerabilities, risks, and trends across teams.
- Triage and categorize issues by grouping vulnerabilities logically based on team ownership and fix complexity.
- Conduct weekly reviews to identify recurring security weaknesses and emerging patterns.
- Highlight strategic priorities and fixes that will have the greatest impact on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and support proactive remediation.
- Refine processes and contribute to continuous improvement in vulnerability management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Experience in issue categorization and logical grouping of vulnerabilities.
- Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools to present trends and findings effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills to convey insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify key trends and drive strategic improvements.
- Familiarity with security risk management and vulnerability assessment frameworks is a plus.
