Technical Business Analyst

Contract – 6 months

(Theale, 3 days a week / Home

We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical delivery across a range of IT tools, platforms and integrations. You’ll work closely with PMs, SMEs, IT Ops and suppliers to shape requirements, design end‑to‑end solutions and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst include:

Gathering requirements and producing clear solution designs
Creating As‑Is/To‑Be process flows and high‑level designs
Reviewing supplier documentation and ensuring alignment to business needs
Presenting solutions to technical governance forums
Supporting integration work across multiple platforms
Using AI‑assisted tools to build POCs and refine requirements
Advising stakeholders and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and fit for purpose

The successful Technical Business Analyst will have:

Strong experience acting as the link between business and technical teams

Proven background delivering requirements and solutions across multiple suppliers
Solid understanding of systems integration
Technical exposure to: Azure API Management, REST APIs, Integration APIs, Power Platform
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
