Technical Business Analyst / Trading Systems Architect

A leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst / Trading Systems Architect to join its high-performing Investment Technology team. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements and project roadmaps.
• Design end-to-end systems and solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Produce detailed documentation with high levels of accuracy and clarity.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and risk factors.
• Contribute to API, system, and database architecture design.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong software engineering foundation with hands-on coding experience in Python.
• Solid understanding of the FIX protocol and trading systems integration.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
• Experience in roles such as Technical Business Analyst, Architect, or Product Owner/Manager.
• Familiarity with asset classes including Equities, Options, Futures, or Fixed Income.
• Excellent skills in documentation, stakeholder communication, and requirements gathering.
