We have a fantastic opening for a Technical Casual / Freelance Event Staff to join our Conventions team in Conventions you will be working across our two convention centres, at the ICC in Birmingham City Centre and Vox on the NEC Campus in Solihull. These venues provide conference and meeting space for up to 8,000 delegates, welcoming over 350,000 delegates every year! And you will be part of a first-class team that is renowned for delivering incredible events.
About The Role
This role is aimed at any Sound, Lighting, Video or staging freelancer or casual technicians. We are looking for technicians with a proven track record with in the corporate live events industry. The role is not aimed as a training opportunity you will need to be able to hit the ground running in a fast-moving live event venue.
About You
Our Ideal Candidate will have a proven background knowledge with in the live corporate events industry. Although we need specific discipline AV knowledge it is always a great bonus if we can use any secondary knowledge across all disciplines for small hall technicians.
