We've partnered with a fast‑growing, venture‑backed startup building security tooling for modern, cloud‑native engineering teams. Their product sits at the intersection of developer experience, cloud infrastructure and security, and is used by engineering and security teams at well‑known technology companies.

The business is London‑based, with marketing, sales and engineering all co‑located in the same office, and a Solutions Engineer supporting pre‑sales activity from New York.

Job overview and responsibilities

We’re hiring a Technical Customer Success Engineer to own post‑sales success for our enterprise customers. This is an on‑site role in London, 5 days per week.

You will:

• Lead onboarding, implementation and ongoing technical success for new and existing customers
• Work closely with engineering and security teams at our customers to design and run deployments
• Act as the primary technical contact post‑sale, managing key accounts and long‑term relationships

Skills needed

• Solid technical background – e.g. platform, DevOps, infrastructure, SRE or security engineering
• Strong experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure) and modern tooling
• Background in customer success, technical account management or similar customer‑facing roles
• Experience working with a developer tooling or security product
• Comfortable speaking with technical stakeholders (engineering, platform, SecOps) and translating complex concepts clearly
• Commercially aware, able to manage accounts, support renewals and spot expansion opportunities
• Happy working on‑site in London 5 days a week in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment
