About The Role
The purpose of this role is to support Boldyn Networks deliver on our agreement with several stakeholders to supply a range of services that enable deployment of smart innovations. As the Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of the infrastructure that enables these services with the client.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working with the Boldyn Networks Solution Architects/Commercial Managers to ensure that there is an agreed business case and cost model for the project that covers the key business drivers and benefits, the capital spend to deliver and then the ongoing operational spend. Ensure business case is aligned with the contractual documentation that has been agreed with key stakeholders.
- The creation and approval of a detailed end to end project plan that covers all deliverables as well as transition into Boldyn Networks Service Operations.
- Working with all key stakeholders to ensure all risks have been identified (at the earliest point), documented and the relevant mitigations agreed.
- Identification and management of all project stakeholders ensuring there is a clear and concise communications plans that is being effectively delivered across Boldyn Networks and into key stakeholders, weekly project/status reporting.
- Delivery/acceptance of all project deliverables to agreed acceptance criteria with the relevant stakeholders technical and project teams.
- Management of 3rd party suppliers through a commercial procurement process and then through the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent at building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with technology and commercial teams
- Risk management
- Accurately and clearly recording all delivery information within the relevant systems for successful handovers
- Proven Delivery Management experience within telecoms/technology sector
- Experience managing all delivery costs to the agreed cost model/budget showing all variances.
- Capability to create and manage documentation of the delivery approach, scope, key deliverables, and dependencies for the project
