Technical Director

We’re looking for a Technical Director to join our leadership team and play an impactful role in shaping the future of Robert West; the ideal candidate will be a highly experienced engineer who is an excellent leader, strategist and communicator with exceptional technical capabilities across our business areas of Rail, Marine and Infrastructure.

We have an exciting business strategy to implement, with a strong focus on technical excellence and creativity. If you’re passionate about growing yourself and others, leading in a creative engineering space and delivering exceptional results in a friendly environment, then this is the role for you.

Can you:

✅ Lead a “technical excellence team” to implement business change

✅ Provide expert project technical oversight to achieve high quality output

✅ Advise clients as an industry expert
